Identical to the Nordic and Scandinavian countries, our Village Wellness Institute ‘’The Nordic Spa’’introduces you to the concept of thermorelaxation.
This concept consists in alternating:
Hot 15 min: for sweating and elimination of toxins.
Cold 1 min: to revive blood circulation and oxygenate your organs and tissues.
Rest 20 min: so that your body regenerates and slowly regains its initial temperature.

Are you residents of the Domaine ? As residents, we offer you access to the Spa Nordique’s spa pool from 8am to 9am and 7pm to 8pm (by reservation and subject to availability) and to the fitness tent from 7pm to 8pm (by reservation and subject to availability). For access to the entire Nordic Spa , you con have a preferential rate!
A 350m walk will make you discover the facilities and services spread over 12 buildings:
– Balneo indoor pool at 28-32°C with massage nozzles, waterfalls, counter-swimming with tunnel leading into a balneo cave .
– The Nordic cave with a 50°C hammam, waterfall rain shower, mineral space with infrared rest beds, ice fountain.
– The sauna in the forest at 90°C with its integrated shower.
– The sensory observatory with its 2 massaging flotation beds (surcharge on reservation 15€/pers. the 20min)
– The modelling cave (modelling surcharge on reservation).
– The Fitness tent with on-screen sports activities and cardio equipment
– The Kota, restaurant area open from 11.30 am to 4.30 pm (extra charge: 25€/pers. excluding drinks)
– The Altitude experience: 45°C Hammam with eucalyptus , 80°C sauna with mountain scents ,nordic and sensory shower, rest area, semi-outdoor whirlpool bath, scrub beds, salt nebulization mineral space, herbal tea room and sauna with forest herbs 65°C.
– Nature and Wellness: Relaxation Bubble, Botanical Space, Campfires, Sensory Barefoot Trail, Swim Spa Dual-Zone Counter-Current, 36°C Hot Tub, 4-Person Relaxation Hammocks and Relaxing Fountains
